Shipping and Returns...
By agreeing to the terms at checkout you are verifying that you are the cardholder and have read and understand the posted legal policy, shipping policy, terms and conditions of all sites owned by Music Seen SA.
1. All sales are final so no returns are accepted unless previous approval is secured prior to placing your order. If an exception is made prior to your shipment, you will recieve approval in an email by one of our order dept personell with return intructions on what steps to take in the event that you do want to return your product. Music Seen SA reserves the right to deny return of any product and to charge restocking fees dependant on the returned item. Any attempt to return without previous written approval will result in loss of your product and payment. Contact us by using your approval email within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise. Shipping, handling fees and rush fees are never refunded. Customer is responsible for returning the product and the freight costs that are associated with the authorized return. Any additional freight or other fees that was initally included in product price for promotional purposes will be billed to the customer on any authorized return.
Merchandise Credit will be given for all returns with no exceptions. Upon receipt of your product, we will inspect the times to insure they are in the original condition. Once the item passes inspection you will receive an email with the amount of your credit and a code to use on our website with your next purchase. This is a one-time code for the approved amount and will need to be used at one time for products located on www.musicseensa.com only. Please allow 3-5 working days for inspection once the item is received.
2. Refusal of product does not release you from payment liability unless you secure written permission by our order department. If an order is refused without written permission from Music Seen SA, you will be held liable for the total order amount and you will be charged for additional freight fees for the return trip of the original place of shipping.
3. Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made in most cases. If your order can be caught before deliver from our location a $4.00 cancellation fee plus 3.85% of your total will be deducted from money returned to cover costs.
Please Note: Any concerns regarding this policy or the product being ordered must be discussed with us prior to ordering for possible exceptions. Any exceptions made must be in advance of your order and exceptions for a particular shipment will be sent to you in writing via email from management. You will be asked to submit the email back to us as proof you discussed this in advance and the return is pre-approved.
Wrong Product Shipped: We triple check orders before they ship but if there is ever a problem please call us within 24 hours and we will work with you to fix the problem ASAP!

No order will be shipped without full payment being received first. Please allow up to 14 days for checks to clear the bank before shipment.
